Currently, we accept only Cash on Delivery, we will have the credit card & Paypal soon.

When will my credit card be charged?

The transaction will be charged on your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one a single payment method per order.

How secure is my payment?

Upon choosing the credit card as a payment method, you will be redirected to a secure third party website, where you will fill your card details, Renato Landini do  not have access on your credit card details, and it is not saved on our website.

How many days do I have to return a product?

What are the order delivery options available?

There are 2 delivery options:

  • We are offering a courier delivery to your doorstep.
  • Order picking up from our address, where customer can collect the order and save the delivery charge.

How much is delivery charge?

For UAE, the delivery charge stars from AED 25.00/ Order, if the delivery is within the city limits, for remote areas delivery charge, please click here to view the prices.

How long is the delivery time?

  • 2 – 3 Business days within UAE (After order confirmation)
  • 5 – 7 Business days outside UAE (After order confirmation)

Do I need to confirm my order?

Yes, when customer will send the order, our customer service staff will contact him/her same day or next day, for the order & shipping details confirmation.

Do you require personal appearance of the buyer upon delivery?

 

Courier may request to show an ID of the receiver for verification, (or a nominated representative) upon receiving the order.

 

What will happen to my order if I didn’t catch the call of the courier during delivery.

 

If you are not available after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to RENATO LANDINI.
